A lot of family-friendly resorts offer kids clubs, and I always find they make a big difference. It gives kids their own space to play, explore, and make new friends, while you get a little time to relax your own way.

All Beaches Resorts in the Caribbean include Kids Camps, boasting a wide variety of amenities and activities for kids of all ages. The activities and programs are included in your stay, with sessions offered throughout the day.

Infant program

Ages 0 - 2

At Beaches, even families with the youngest tots are in good hands as no matter the age of your child, there's a program to suit.
 

When needed, infants between the ages of 0-2 years old can be cared for by the professional childcare team at Beaches Resorts, as part of the Infant Program. In a baby-friendly zone filled with cribs, strollers, high chairs, rocking chairs, and more, your child will be coddled, loved, and cared for in a climate controlled nursery with Beaches signature luxurious features, while parents enjoy a day of exploring what’s on offer in their destination.

No stroller? No problem! You can rent one at the resort.

Toddler program

Ages 3 - 4

There are lots of adventures to be had at Beaches Resorts, especially for kids who take part in the Toddler Program. Supervised by Certified Nannies, your kids will be engaged in activities like shell collecting, face painting, treasure hunts, puppets, costume time, magic shows, sand castle building, and more. They’ll also have a blast splashing around in the toddler pools and making new friends. To be part of this group, children must be potty trained.

 

Navigators program

Ages 5 - 7

An all-inclusive vacation in the Caribbean is an exciting place to be for anyone, even more so for parents and kids who can individually get some time to do the things they love. The Navigators Program will keep your kids active and occupied during their vacation at Beaches. They’ll be immersed in a world of arts and craft, talent shows, treasure hunts, and even Beach Olympics and science. With a mix of creative, energetic, and captivating activities, your kids will have a blast!


 

Adventurers program

Ages 8 - 10

The Adventurers Program at Beaches Resorts zeroes in on exciting activities for kids who aren’t so little anymore, but still want to have just as much fun. Kids in this group will get to take part in exciting activities like scavenger hunts, beach soccer, capture the flag, water pong, reggae jam sessions and more! The best part? They’ll be able to make friendships that will grow beyond their amazing vacation in the Caribbean.


 

Tweens program

Ages 11 - 14

The Tween Program at Beaches is carefully designed to keep the attention of this age group, and it does just that by keeping things interesting from day to day. Your tweenager will get to spend time with other kids their age, engaging in activities out on the beach like soccer, volleyball, and flag football, as well as watersports, lots of movie time, karaoke, and more!


 

Teen program

Ages 15 - 18

Chances are, your teen will actually want to stay present and engaged at Beaches Resorts, and not feel as though they’re forced to participate in anything. Teens at Beaches Resorts can head out on boat cruises with a skilled crew, take part in talent shows and group water sports, sing their heart’s out during karaoke sessions with friends, dance until the wheels fall off at the teen-friendly Club Liquid, enjoy the pizza and soda swim-up bars, tennis clinics, pool Olympics, and so much more!

Insider tip: At all Beaches Resorts, certified nannies and private childcare are available for kids as young as 3 months, with activities available for older kids and teens. All nannies at Beaches Resorts are members of the International Nanny Association. At an additional fee of 20 USD per hour, the nannies can take care of the kids for the evening, giving parents some time to enjoy a romantic and worry-free candlelight dinner on the beach.
 

Staff at the resort have also been trained by the One World Foundation and know just how to relate to children with special needs, including autism!

The Beaches Resorts in Jamaica are more intimate, which some families with smaller kids prefer. Beaches Negril is located on Seven Mile Beach and includes motorized water sports older kids will love. This resort comes with water slides and a lazy river, located right next to the beach. Beaches Ocho Rios comes with a smaller cove beach, includes golf and is located nearby Jamaica's most popular waterfalls, blue hole and adventure park. The water park in Ocho Rios has slightly more slides than the one in Beaches Negril, but doesn’t come with a lazy river.
 

All Beaches Resorts come with its famous kids clubs and activities. In the end, it’s up to you as a family to decide which Beaches Resort with a kids club in the Caribbean best fits your needs!
