Step 1: Download Form
Please select the island where you will be married to download the wedding information processing form.

Step 2: Ship Documents
Follow the instructions on the downloaded wedding information processing form and send a completed signed form along with all required documents to the mailing address listed on the form. We accept packages delivered by FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
 
Important Note: Documents will not be returned. Documents must be received by Hospitality Purveyors Inc. at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. If documents are not received within the required time frame, the resort will not be able to perform the wedding ceremony.
