Tiny Traveler’s First Passport Offer

Beaches Resorts wants to help your littlest explorer embark on their first big adventure.

Families will receive a $135 USD resort credit per child (the equivalent of the average U.S. passport processing fee) when presenting a valid, recently issued passport for up to two children ages five and under at check-in (maximum of $270 USD per booking). It’s our way of helping your family take off toward unforgettable vacation memories at Beaches Resorts.


Booking Window: August 1, 2025 – October 31, 2026

Travel Window: August 1, 2025 – November 6, 2026

Length of stay: 5-night minimum


To be eligible for this promotion guests must fulfill the following conditions:

  1. Offer valid for new bookings made on Beaches Resorts websites or through travel advisors via the TA Portal between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2026.
  2. Valid on travel between August 1, 2025 – November 6, 2026.
  3. The $135 resort credit is in USD and is valid for up to two children (ages 5 and under) with a qualifying passport per qualifying booking (a maximum $270 USD resort credit).
  4. The resort credit is valid for a qualifying stay of at least five (5) PAID nights.
  5. Registration is required to receive the offer. Bookings, including those made by Travel Advisors, must be registered at https://www.beaches.com/first-passport-registration/. Submitting the registration form does not guarantee eligibility; all information is subject to verification.
  6. To redeem, guests must present a physical original copy of the child’s recently issued passport to a Beaches Resorts Team Member at the check-in desk (valid for arrivals beginning August 1, 2025). (Passport needs to have been issued after date of promotion announcement: August 1, 2025).
  7. The respective resort credit will be issued upon arrival at the resort, after team member verification.
  8. Resort credit valid for: Spa Services, Room Upgrades, Extended Stays, Internet Upgrades, Private Candlelight Dinners, Wet Suit Rentals, Photo Shop Digital Images, Discover Scuba Diving, Scuba Diving, Weddingmoon Options (excluding floral), Laundry Services (excluding dry cleaning), Cabana Rental
  9. There is an applicable service charge of 15% on all spa services that must be paid by the guest.
  10. This offer has no cash value and is non-transferable. It cannot be sold, exchanged, or applied to another booking.
  11. Not applicable to contracted group bookings or bookings made with industry rates.
  12. Exceptions to the promotion will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  13. Offer is subject to availability, may change without notice, and can be withdrawn at any time.
