Yes! It is very important when making a booking that you are adding your Island Insiders Club Membership ID to your reservation. If the number is not on the booking, we will not know your booking is associated with your account, and you will miss out on all of your benefits. You can always call 1-800-669-4774 to make sure your ID is attached to your booking OR check your member account online under and select “Trips” to ensure it’s there or add it on.
No. Each household is assigned a single membership ID that covers both you and your spouse.
Once your membership account has been created it is a legal document. In this case, we will require that you send an email stating that you wish to change your name to loyalty@sandals.com or call a Loyalty Liaison 1-800-669-4774. Along with the letter, please include a photocopy of any legal documentation (i.e. wedding certificate, divorce decree, etc.) reflecting the name change from your previous name to your current name.
There are a few different ways to update your information and ensure that your records are current. You may access your account online at https://www.beaches.com/about/rewards-program/. Reward Points will be earned based on the web rate of the resort portion of your booking. Airfare and add-ons will not be eligible for earning any reward points.
The higher the status the more points you will earn with each vacation booked and completed.
Each time a Coral – Ambassador member travels to any Sandals or Beaches Resorts they will earn additional bonus points for each return visit that is not a comped stay. These points are in addition to the points they earn on the booking. The quantity of bonus points is based on the member’s current status at time of booking. These points will be added to the members account 48 hours after check in.
Your friend should receive their invitation within fifteen minutes of you submitting a referral and will instantly earn the points after successfully following the steps on the unique referral link sent and creating an account. It may take up to 20 minutes for the points to be displayed on your friend’s account. For you, your reward points will be applied after your friend completes their trip. You can keep track of your shares and view your rewards points online by logging into your account and clicking the “Refer A Friend” tab. A Member ID can only be applied to a reservation where the primary member on the account is an actual occupant of the room. If names do not match, no points or nights will be awarded.The member who applies their Member ID to the reservation will earn credit for the stay. Credit cannot be split between two members.
A primary member may earn points for up to five (5) rooms within each calendar year in which they are not an occupant, as long as the primary member is 100% financially responsible for said rooms. Members cannot earn nights for reservations where they are not the occupant, even if they are financially responsible. To receive credit for points, please follow the following steps:
Note: Incentive groups are not eligible to redeem Island Insider Points against their group reservation. Members of incentive groups can enroll in the Island Insiders Club post-travel but are not entitled to points from the incentive group stay.
Yes, you may complete a ‘Transfer of Points’ form which requires both parties to sign and then submit it to a Loyalty Liaison at loyalty@sandals.com. However, you will not earn nights for that reservation since you were not an occupant in the room.
If the booking is not a standard-rate stay, it is not eligible to earn points and nights. Reservations with discounted TA rates and Points to Paradise are not eligible for credit or any member benefits.
No, you may receive credit for your paid nights and points on past stays that are less than 5 years old, if you have proof of the business transaction like a copy of your invoice or booking number. Photos or other media are not sufficient evidence of your stay.
No, members may redeem reward points for discounts on bookings at participating resorts for up to 100% of the total room cost, minus a deposit. Rules at the time of redemption shall govern the redemption process. Some awards may require advance reservations.
No, all Island Insider Rewards Points are non-transferrable.
The primary member on the account is the person entitled to the account, including any points, stays and/or nights associated. We may honor any decree, judgment, or order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, including, without limitation, any order arising from divorce, separation, or similar domestic relations proceedings, concerning the ownership, division, or control of the reward points or Island Insiders Club account.
Yes, reward points will expire three years after the last date of travel. If you have an active future booking attached to your rewards account your points will not expire. Important Note: Members are responsible for ensuring that they ADD their Member ID to their reservation every time. Members are also responsible for ensuring that points/nights earned are properly credited. If they are not properly credited for Points within 120 days of travel, they must send a copy of their reservation voucher, resort invoice in question, and payment receipt with their membership number to the Island Insiders Club department.

All members are eligible for a 7-Day Free Week Award once they have reached 70 paid nights at any Sandals or Beaches Resort. Complimentary, unpaid nights do not count towards the free week. The Free Week certificate is awarded at the weekly Loyalty Dinner and members receive an email with official redemption details.
Members can only redeem their Free Week Award on a new booking, meaning it cannot be applied towards an existing reservation. Free Week Awards are not combinable with promotions or discounts (including anniversary nights, military/first responder discounts, etc.).The resort and room category for the free week is decided by calculating the average resort and room category where a guest has stayed over the duration of their 70 nights with Sandals/Beaches. Complimentary nights from the Free Week Award do not count towards earning the next tier status. Upgrading the Free Week Award should be treated as a split stay for proper crediting, if not the whole stay will be treated as a complimentary booking which is not eligible for points, nights or spend.

Yes, the Free Week Award only covers two adults. Any additional guests incur standard additional charges.
All nights given in the Free Week Award must be used in one reservation. If all nights are not used in your booking, the unused nights are lost.
The tier recognition gift is a one-time pin members receive when achieving a new tier status in the Island Insiders Club starting at Sapphire level. This one-time gift will be presented to members at the weekly Island Insiders Club Loyalty Dinner on resort. Members who jump or skip a tier, cannot request the previous tier’s pin.
Your Insider discount can be redeemed as many times as you wish while on-resort during the stay. Discount is redeemable for retail-only purchases at our Gift Shops, Watersports, Epix Photo Shop and towards specialty Candlelight Dinners, subject to availability. The discount will not have any value once checked out, is not transferable to future bookings, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other on-resort services.
Members now have the option to choose between a Red Lane® Spa credit or an Island Routes tour credit in the Sandals and Beaches mobile app, giving members more flexibility to enjoy their stay. The spa credit is valid on all spa services only and excludes applicable taxes, tips and service charges. The Island Routes Tour credit excludes the following excursions: Helicopter Transfers, Private Car Transfer, Charters, Airport Fast Track Services, Group Tours, Bahamas Swimming Pigs Tours, Shopping Tours, Rick’s Café Bus Tour and Sandals Foundation Tours.

The Insiders Shop Online Merchandise Store can be accessed at https://islandinsidersshop.myshopify.com/ . Please note, you must have your 16-digit Member ID to access the shop.
The $200 USD laundry service credit is provided per stay for Ambassador members and may be applied to any item listed on the Laundry Service price list. Split stays at the same resort are considered one continuous stay for the purpose of this benefit. The credit does not apply to laundry services that must be outsourced by the resort. The room folio will reflect both the laundry charges and the applicable credit applied. Any laundry charges exceeding the $200 USD credit will be billed to the member’s room account at standard rates.
All Coral-Ambassador members can enjoy a complimentary 5x7 photo print or digital image of your choice while on resort. Simply visit the Photo Shop on resort to have your picture taken, and choose between a printed or digital image. Please note, this benefit is not applicable to Weddings, Engagements, or other Photo Session images.
