When booking a group code, entry-level butler category must be available when reviewed at 45 days prior to arrival for qualified group. The Butler upgrade offers are subject to availability, capacity controlled and varies by resort & travel date and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior written notice. The Butler suite category is NOT combinable with any other butler upgrade promotion or Love Nest Suite upgrade promotion. Not applicable to Wedding and ReTie the Knot Groups.

** Free Room offers 6th room or 12th room and varies by travel date. A minimum of 3 paid nights required. Offer is valid in all room categories at participating resorts. Valid on Group Contract and maximum 5 rooms credit complimentary per group. The value of the complimentary room credit is based on the lowest rate and the shortest length of stay booked and based on double occupancy. Complimentary room credit is not calculated on a cumulative basis. Complimentary rooms may only be utilized during the program dates. Single rooms, Staff rooms and loyalty and travel bookings do not count towards the complimentary room(s). In addition, complimentary rooms cannot be applied staff rooms and loyalty and travel bookings. Group must depart by 12/20/21, 12/20/22 & 12/20/23 to qualify. Free Room offer is subject to availability, capacity controlled and varies by resort & travel date and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior written notice.

Payment terms for Meetings & Incentives

Groups of 5 - 35 Rooms

  • A ten (10) percent deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve the total number of rooms listed in the contract.
  • A 2nd deposit in the amount of thirty-five (35%) percent is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival.
  • Final Payment is due forty-five (45) days prior to groups arrival at the resort along with a final rooming list and flight information.

Cancellation Terms

  • 91 or more days prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for any cancellations.
  • Between 90 - 75 day prior to arrival date, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • Within 74 - 46 days prior to travel, 45% of the full room revenue will be charged for any cancellation.
  • Any cancellation or "NO SHOW" within 45 days prior to group's arrival will be charged 100% penalty of the full room revenue

Please note that the are not combinable with social, family reunions, wedding or ReTie The Knot inclusions. Group concessions must be confirmed with Unique Travel Corp. Groups Department no later than sixty days prior to group's arrival at resort. Unique Vacation's Group Code program cannot be applied to meeting and incentive groups.
