Beaches Negril

Bloggers are raving about Beaches Negril Resort & Spa

May 22, 2012 - Beaches Resorts - Kids Activities & Programs

One of nine eager and well-traveled mommy bloggers, Esti Berkowistz, embarked on a fun-in-the sun mother/daughter getaway to Beaches Negril Resort & Spa in Jamaica and departed with her expectations surpassed, titling her blog review “Beaches Negril Should Be Your Next Family Vacation.”

Esti Berkowitz, better known as the “Kosher Traveling Mom” on popular Mom Blog site, TravelingMom.com, has been exploring life with her family while following a Kosher diet. Accustomed to her go-to kitchenette vacation accommodations in order to better tailor her family’s lifestyle to dining away from home, Beaches Negril was a new experience in which Beaches’ Luxury Included ® tagline proved to be not only just that, but also meant “Kosher Diet Included.”

From a personal greeting from Chef Conroy, who handles all special dietary needs at the resort, to a special greeting by Sesame Street’s Zoe for her nine-year old daughter, Beaches Negril pleasantly surprised the Berkowitz family at every turn of the four day, three night getaway. She lists her 6 reasons why you should make Beaches Negril your next family vacation destination:

 1. Everywhere you look, the view is beautiful.

We lovedwalking on the beach and listening to small waves come in. Our feet were so comfortable walking on the softest sand I have ever felt. My daughter wanted to dive in and sleep in it!

2. The food rules.

I was introduced to Conray, the Chef at Beaches Resorts that would be making sure my meals were kosher and plenty. Not only was he the one preparing the meals, he personally delivered them.

3. Kids Camp.

My daughter loved this camp. The staff was lovely and so attentive to each child.

4. The staff at Beaches Resorts are exceptiona.

Even outside of the camp, the staff came up to my daughter and gave her a hug. She really loved that.

5. Pampering.

The beauty of this is that my daughter was in the camp having a great time while I was in a heavenly massage. Bliss!

6. They give back to the community.

The Sandals foundation, a nonprofit organization, is how both Sandals and Beaches Resorts give back to the local community. This is essential to the Sandals Foundation and they have already impacted 80,000 lives across the Caribbean through more 100 community programs and continues its promise to channel 100 percent of its funds into the Caribbean region.
