Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts Receive Quality Assurance Awards From MLT Vacations

Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts are proud to announce being awarded nine prestigious Quality Assurance Awards from MLT Vacations, more than any other resort company for 2011. Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort Villages and Spa, Sandals Grande Antigua, Sandals Halcyon, Sandals La Toc Golf Resort & Spa, Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Negril Beach Resort and Spa, Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort and Private Island, and Sandals Whitehouse European Village and Spa were all recognized for achieving high levels of performance in servicing guests. 

“We are happy to recognize Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts for their outstanding quality, customer service and product delivery ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible,” said MLT Vacations vice president of product development Elizabeth Moriarty.  “Sandals and Beaches have demonstrated exemplary operational consistency and top-notch quality standards for MLT Vacations and its Delta Vacations, Continental Airlines Vacations, United Vacations and Worry-Free Vacations customers.”

The Quality Assurance Award recognizes an exclusive group of hotels and resorts that achieve a 99% customer satisfaction score, and a 99% delivery of product performance. MLT Vacations uses this award to distinguish those hotels making these high grades.

Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts were granted this award at a ceremony which took place on Sunday, October 2, 2011 in St. Paul, Minnesota, in conjunction with MLT University. Partaking in the MLT University event, participants interacted with MLT’s Product, Sales and Marketing teams, as well as their top travel agent distributors. MLT University is considered by many to be the nations’ premier travel agent educational forum, producing over 2,500 travel agents at this year’s event.
