Renewal of Vows Inclusions:
Renewal of Vows Groups of 5 - 9 rooms receive the following concessions at the Beaches Resorts:
- Complimentary one (1) category upgrade for the Bride and Groom confirmed 60 days prior to arrival (excluding Butler Suites and is based on space availability)
Renewal of vows groups of 10 rooms or more receive the following concessions at the Beaches Resorts:
- Complimentary one (1) category upgrade for the Bride and Groom 60 days prior to arrival (excluding Butler Suites and is based on space availability)
- 30 Minute Reception
- One (1) complimentary person for every twelve (12) rooms paid**
- Welcome cocktail reception
Please be advised that any additional group functions would be subject to surcharges.
** Complimentary person credit applies to double occupancy room and is provided on the 13th room and is based on the majority length of stay for the group. Maximum of seven (7) complimentary rooms per group.
Please note that the Renewal of Vows group concessions are not combinable with meetings and incentives, family reunion, social or wedding group inclusions. Group concessions must be confirmed with Unique Vacations Inc. Groups Department no later than sixty (60) days prior to group's arrival at resort.
