for Wedding or Renewal of Vows Groups
Group Policies
A group is now considered 5 rooms or more at Beaches Resorts.
There are two (2) options available for clients to book Wedding or Renewal of Vows groups with Unique Vacations, Inc.
1. Unique Vacations “Group Code”
2. Group Contract.
Group Code Option - Payment Terms:
- A US $400 per room deposit is due at the time of booking to issue a group code. The Unique Vacations Groups Department will issue the initial “group code.” Any additional rooms will be added through the Reservations Department at (800) Beaches or online. The same deposit policy is required on each room before a “group code” can be added.
- Final payment is required at forty-five (45) days prior to arrival
Cancellation Terms:
- If notice is received 45 - 30 days prior to arrival, the cancellation penalty is US $400.00 per room
- If notice is received 29 - 15 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty
- If notice is received within 14 days prior to arrival, 100% penalty and this includes no show rooms
The Group Code booking option can be used for wedding or renewal of vow group bookings of 5 - 35 rooms at the Beaches Resorts. Group codes must be issued and entered into room reservations no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
All rooms reservations are subject to space availability, current promotional rates and blackout dates at time of booking. Beaches Resorts have a 3 night minimum stay. Different payment, length of stay requirements and cancellation terms might apply for select travel dates
Contract Option - Payment Terms for Groups of 5 - 35 Rooms:
- A ten (10%) percent deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve the total number of rooms listed in the contract
- A 2nd deposit in the amount of thirty-five (35%) percent is due ninety (90) days prior to arrival
- Final payment is due forty-five (45) days prior to groups arrival at the resort along with a final rooming list and flight information
Cancellation Terms for Groups of 5 - 35 Rooms: (Rooms, Room Nights or Guests):
- 91 or more days prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for any cancellations
- Between 90 - 75 days prior to arrival date, the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable
- Within 74 - 46 days prior to travel, 45% of the full room revenue will be charged for any cancellation
- Any cancellation or “NO SHOW” within 45 days prior to group's arrival will be charged 100% penalty of the full room revenue

Please note that the Wedding inclusions are not combinable with social, family reunion meetings and incentives or renewal of vows inclusions. Group concessions must be confirmed with Unique Vacations Inc. Groups Department no later than sixty days prior to group's arrival at resort. Unique Vacation's Group Code program cannot be applied to meeting and incentive groups.
