Groups of 10 - 50 Rooms
Groups consist of ten (10) rooms or more traveling together. Group rates are run of house room category unless otherwise specified

Inclusions

Deposit
A deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the full program NET room revenue is required to confirm the group room block.

2nd Payment
An additional twenty five percent (25%) payment is due one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date.

3rd Payment
At ninety (90) days prior to the groups arrival date an additional twenty five (25%) payment is due.

Final Payment
Final balance is required forty-five (45) days prior to arrival, along with a final rooming list and flight information.

Credit card(s) payments over US$10,000 for the entire group will be surcharged 1.5%.

Groups of Over 50 Rooms
Groups consist of ten (50) rooms or more traveling together. Group rates are run of house room category unless otherwise specified

Deposit
A deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the full program NET room revenue is required to confirm the group room block.

2nd Payment
A second deposit equal to 30% of the NET group value is due ninety (90) days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date.

3rd Payment
A third deposit equal to an additional 30% of the NET group value is due sixty (60) days prior to the groups scheduled arrival date.

Final Payment
Final balance on the total NET group value is required forty-five (45) days prior to arrival, along with a final rooming list and flight information.

Upon receipt of a signed contract and the required deposit, the group block will be held reserved.

Cancellation Policies
180 days or more prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for full group cancellation.

Between 179 and 90 days prior to the group arrival 25% of full net room revenue will be charged for full group cancellation.

Between 89 days prior and the day of the groups scheduled arrival 100% of full net room revenue will be charged for full group cancellation

Room Attrition Policy
180 days or more prior to group arrival, there will be no fee for attrition.

Between 179 and 90 day prior to group arrival, 15% of the total room block held at the 180 day review may be canceled without a fee. Any rooms cancelled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charged 20% of full net room revenue.

Between 89 and 60 days prior to group arrival, 10% of the total room block held at the 90 days review may be canceled without a fee. Any rooms cancelled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charged 60% of full net room revenue.

Between 59 and 30 days prior to group arrival, 5% of the total room block held at the 60 days review may be canceled without a fee. Any rooms cancelled above the allowed attrition schedule will be charged 80% of full net room revenue.

Between 30 days prior to arrival and group arrival date, no rooms in the total room block held at the 31 day review may be canceled without payment of a penalty. Any rooms canceled within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of full net room revenue.
