We stayed in April with our two boys, ages 13 and 10 and it was awesome! There were so much for our kids to do, both because of the resort's amenities, and because of the programs run by the staff. With our kids entertained, we had time to spend alone and have dinner, just the two of us. The resort was very safe so we felt comfortable letting our 13-year old hang out with the friends he met without our supervision. The resort was very clean as well. The housekeeping staff was excellent. Our room was cleaned around 3 p.m. each day, but then it was tidied up again before bed! The staff was courteous and helpful. They were extremely kind to my children. We'd like to mention Mercedes at Schooners, Star King (the tennis pro), Migel at the front desk, We didn't want to leave!

Our experiences at Beaches Negril were absolutely priceless! Every little detail is thought of... from the waiting lounge at the airport to the turn-down service every night. The staff was beyond anything I could imagine - they truly want you to experience an enjoyable stay. One evening I dropped one of my forks. I put it to the side, but within one minute, a staff member was next to me with a new fork, removing my other fork. It blew me away because I didn't even realize anyone had seen it! Also, the Entertainment staff was incredible! Their performances and interaction with the guests was so special. They really got to know everyone. Our kids just LOVED the Kids Kamp staff. They were receiving hugs and well-wishes on our last day. I just can't say enough... thank you for all you do to enable two vacations in one... one where the kids and parents can enjoy different things, and one where things can also be enjoyed together! We'll DEFINITELY visit a Beaches resort soon - most likely in 2009!
