Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges (unless otherwise indicated) will depend on the time at which notice of cancellation is received.
Cancellation Policies for Land Packages
45 to 30 days prior to arrival $200 per person
29 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% of package
14 to 0 days prior to arrival 100% of package

Payment Options
Our booking engine will automatically present you with available payment options which include either full payment or $200 per person deposit. The deposit option is only available for bookings made with at least 45 days in advance of travel date, otherwise.
Payment Method
At present all online bookings require a credit card to process your reservation. Alternative payment methods might be available through your travel agent.
Customer Service
We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.
Booking Confirmation
Immediately upon completion of the online booking process, you will be sent an confirmation e-mail to the address you have provided. Additionally, you (or your travel agent) will be sent a confirmation letter within a few days with all your package details.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend opting for this service as it protects you and your traveling companion(s) against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for covered reasons prior to departure. Plus it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses, and other problems that may occur after departure.

For only $79 per adult and $59 per child ($99 from per adult and $79 per child from 12/20 - 12/31), you can purchase our comprehensive travel protection plan. This plan protects against cancellation penalties if the trip is cancelled for covered reasons prior to departure. Plus, it also covers trip interruption, baggage, medical expenses and other problems that may occur after departure. Plus, if you pay for the plan within 7 days of the initial trip deposit, the plan exclusion for pre-existing medical conditions is waived, provided you are not already disabled from travel at time of purchase. Our Reservations Department's hours are 8:30 AM to 12:00 midnight Monday through Friday and 10:00 AM to 12:00 midnight Saturdays and Sundays.
