Chef Colin Watson, in his current capacity as Executive Chef at Beaches Turks & Caicos Resort Villages & Spa, is charged with overseeing the daily operations and standards of an empire of 16 restaurants and Culinary Concierge program satisfying 2500 guests on any given week.
